Dr. Michael Kent supports the Catalyze program from the NHLBI's Program Management Office, to which he brings over 10 years of experience in program management, quality management, and process engineering. A large component of project management is risk assessment and mitigation, which Dr. Kent discusses in detail and relates to early-stage innovation in this presentation.
